Alfredo Achecar : Why I OPEX
I initially started working out at OPEX to get a more holistic workout to complement my endurance training. I wanted to add lean muscle and tone up my upper body and in addition a running and triathlon training program. What I didn't realize was the significant improvement I would achieve in my running while not significantly increasing my weekly running mileage. Adam incorporates my fitness goals, running/race goals while navigating my history of a sports-related shoulder injury to develop a tailor-made training plan that is specific to me. Over the last two years, I've achieved personal records at a variety of running distances up to and including the marathon distance. In addition, I've achieved a lower percentage of body fat and higher lean muscle mass, thanks to his guidance on nutrition.
